On page 203 of 2016-2017 Budget, the Chart 6.2 Funding For National Defence Large-Scale Capital Projects shows a decrease in National Defence capital project funding starting in 2016 (concomitantly with the current budget). It also shows that current funding levels will remain lower within the Trudeau governement term.
